QA/QC Introduction

Quality controlling is detailedly operated in every working procedure, what is more, Quality Test Line has till been the core of quality control system. It strictly guards the security and refrigerate performance so as to make sure all the products which are going to be packed are the qualified product. We always keep our aphorism of supplying our customers all over the world best of the best quality product.

Quality test in detail:
1) Material quality control: we have a complete procedure of purchasing materials and are strictly controlling the material quality. Every time we purchasing material, we have to get permission of Quality Assurance Manager, Producing Manager and General Manager so as to make sure all the accessories meet quality standards.

2) Security test: before finalized assembling, all the products will get under the security test to make sure there will be absolutely no electricity leakage to cabinet and users is safe with our products.

3) Refrigerate performance test: almost all the products are equipped with driving compressors like Zanussi (Famous Italian Brand) or Huangguang (Chinese Brand) which make our Weili refrigerator achieve very efficient refrigerate performance.  All the products will be subjected to Refrigerate Performance Test to make sure they will be operational.

4)Appearance check: this is also an important part of quality control to make sure all products appearance will be clean and 100% neatness.

6) Packing check: good packing will make our products achieve no damage during shipping and safely delivery to our customers.
